We stand by the gear we build — but if it’s not right for you, we make returns simple.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in original condition

Original packaging must be included

Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake with your order.

2-Year Durability Guarantee

Your gear should work as hard as you do. That’s why all WALK'N'STALK products are backed by our 2-Year Durability Guarantee.

We guarantee that your product will be free from manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use for 24 months from the date of purchase.

If your product fails due to a manufacturing fault, we’ll repair it, replace it, or offer a refund — at our discretion.

This guarantee does not cover:

Cosmetic wear from regular use

Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or modification

Loss, theft, or accidental damage

Australian Consumer Law Notice

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
